Important
note:
The trial version of Portfolio has all functionalities of a commercial
version. It is time limited to 31 days.
Data
source:
Historical financial data is needed to use Portfolio. Any Excel (CSV)
file can be used to feed the software. This will enable you, in all
cases, to use your own data provider. In order to be able to immediately
visualize what Portfolio can do, some data has already been included in
the initial data base. This financial information is solely provided as
an example to demonstrate the possibilities of the software and must NOT
be used to draw any conclusion.
Software
installation: Portfolio makes use of
certain components provided by Microsoft. (DirectX, SQL Server Express
2005, Framework 2). Some of them may already be installed
on your operating system (XP or VISTA). Their presence is automatically
detected, and if necessary
they are downloaded and installed. You must accept the
Microsoft licenses to be able to perform the installation.
Portfolio cannot be installed on Virtual PC 2007 or any other virtual
system.
